5. Subscription Plans and Billing

SortNex offers multiple subscription tiers: Trial, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Plan features and pricing are available on our website.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing customers

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses

• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of data you upload (product data, custom algorithms). By using SortNex, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of SortNex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for backing up your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Critical updates will be announced in advance when possible.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SORTNEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
